At Casenova, we want you to love your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless damaged upon arrival.

Once if your return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. In case of prepaid orders, only the product cost will be refunded; shipping charges are non-refundable. For COD orders, refund will be issued via store credit or bank transfer.
